At first glance, Switzerland and Hong Kong could hardly be more different - geographically, historically, and politically. And yet both highly developed societies face the same challenges: a housing shortage, rising prices, and a population that continues to grow despite limited land. Both regions attract people from all over the world, which creates prosperity but at the same time puts enormous pressure on the housing market. What solutions are available for these two regions?
